This custom-designed and manufactured straightening machine (1978, Taiwan) was built in-house for processing small-size rails, steel angle bars, and channel bars, with a wheel-to-wheel distance of 450mm. It is powered by a TFO 30 KW, 6-pole, KK 3-phase motor running at 200V/50Hz (965 RPM) or 200V/60Hz (1150 RPM), providing flexibility for different facility power standards. While aged, this machine complements the Yamazaki unit (Item D) by covering the smaller rail and section profile range that the Yamazaki is not configured for, making both machines together a complete straightening solution across the full range of rail sizes. Buyers should note that as an in-house-designed machine, no OEM manual is available; operational condition should be confirmed prior to purchase.
