The XDR 500L from Cytiva’s Xcellerex™ line is a state-of-the-art single-use stirred-tank bioreactor system engineered for scalability, GMP compliance, and flexibility across a wide range of upstream bioprocesses including monoclonal antibodies, viral vectors, and vaccines. It features a jacketed 304 stainless steel vessel, bottom-mounted magnetic drive, and customizable automation via X-Station control or DeltaV integration.

With a 5:1 turndown ratio, it operates effectively from 100 L to 500 L, making it ideal for seed train through production-scale operations.
